National Center for Spinal Disorders has been recertified as an AOSpine Center.
In addition to fostering a global community of spine care professionals; AOSpine maintains a global network of clinical institutions who meet an approved standard of educational standards and activities. These institutions are known as AOSpine Spine Centers.
AOSpine Spine Centers host short and long-term fellowships and, when applicable, participate in research and educational initiatives.

The objective is to develop an open and inclusive community of clinical institutions across the region, which will:
- Continue to improve the quality, breadth and scope of AOSpine short-term fellowships
- Induce collaboration between these institution
- Enable the institutions to network and learn from each other, and to continue to teach and to share their knowledge
The intended goals are the following:
- Develop a region-wide network of AOSEU Spine Centers
- Induce collaboration across this network
- Deliver high quality AOSEU fellowships that benefit the entire AOSEU community
- Further develop the AOSEU brand's academic standing and visibility throughout the spine care community
