The goal of the „A Gerincbetegek a Gerincbetegekért Alapítvány” is to help alleviate the personal expenses (travel, health aids, home care) arising from the care of children living in meager circumstances and suffering from tumors of the spine and other spinal disorders typical of childhood.
The foundation’s other activities include financing basic research on better understanding spinal disorders and supporting activities to further the spinal patient’s social, existential and mental rehabilitation.
