Sedentary lifestyle of children affects the development of their spine, it ’s physiological curva- tures, and the automatization of biomechanically correct posture. This procedure inclines for discopathy of the adult spine. It is important to protect children, this is while Hungarian Spine Society started it ’s primary prevention program in 1995 to achieve daily physical education with a special posture correcting exercise material for all students in it. Results and present challanges of the prevention program are demonstrated in this paper.
