The National Center for Spinal Disorders, an affiliate of the Buda Health Center, is the only hospital in Hungary covering virtually the entire diagnostic and treatment spectrum of all disorders of the spine.

Global Spine Congress 2018 in Singapore

The Global Spine Congress is one of the biggest spine surgery world congress, which is being held annually by the AOSpine internatiomal organization. The Global Spine Congress of the ever-expanding AOSpine community was held in Singapore in 2018.


Our Institute took part in this event as one of the largest European delegation with several presentations and posters. During the conference the latest knowledge and achievements of  spine surgery were  presented, furthermore specialists from all over the world were given the opportunity for personal meetings and discussions. This year's featured topics were Biomechanics in spine surgery and 3D printing.

Before the Congress, the AOSpine has held a spine tumor and trauma course. In the course our Institute was represented by Dr. Áron Lazáry, who was elected to the Board of Directors of the spine tumor scientific group of the AOSpine this year.
