Scientific Days at the Semmelweis University.

“From among those I see here before me will come forth the great of the future.  It is comforting to see the next generation”, said Dr. Ágoston Szél, Rector of the Semmelweis University, in his opening remarks at the university’s PhD Scientific Days.

Our PhD candidates were very successful in their presentations.  Zsolt Szövérfi won First Place with his lecture entitled Primary Spinal Tumor Mortality Score (PSTMS): A novel scoring system for predicting poor survival (Zsolt Szövérfi, Áron Lazáry, Peter Paul Varga, authors).
